Perinton Hots

Every time I order from them they call to confirm details. Grubhubs weakest link is the lack of customer service. I ordered from two pizza places and waited... 3 hours later neither went through. I ordered from Perinton Hots a week ago, they called to confirm order and was delivered on time: so they were my go to when I was starving after working all night. Once agin, they called to confirm and make sure the order was as accurate as possible. For a Hots place, their customer service is on point- its appreciated when youre hungry and especially when youve been screwed by grubhubs service on other orders. Grubhub owes them for making up for their lack of customer service.

My order was delivered late, but when I called the restaurant asking for an ETA, everyone I spoke with from the restaurant as well as the delivery driver were all very polite and apologetic due to a very busy night. My food was still warm and delicious as usual and I'll definitely be ordering again.

In my top 3 for a place to order a plate from. The delivery fee is a little steep because of where I am, but it's worth it. Also, they actually called me to check if I wanted the standard toppings for a garbage plate because I'd forgotten to choose from grubhub what I wanted.

Ive ordered from here 4 times in the past week (late night) and have yet to have a problem. The food has been hot and delicious every time. The delivery guy (Ryan) is awesome and very helpful. I will definitely continue ordering from here for my late night munchies.

Came in like 20 mins, driver was friendly and the food was hot and good. I've had mostly good experiences with them, a couple times it was a bit disappointing but when they're on, it's really good. Easily the best late night munchies in fairport
